1.在焊接过程中，发现电弧在喷嘴和工件之间产生，这样就产生了双弧现象。出现此现象后，要及时的调节焊接参数电流和离子气，电流过大和离子气过小都会引起双弧。

1. In the welding process, it is found that the arc is generated between the nozzle and the workpiece, which leads to the double arc phenomenon. After this phenomenon, the welding parameters current and ion gas should be adjusted in time, too much current and too little ion gas will cause double arc.

2.焊接时发现等离子焊枪喷嘴处冒烟。要停止焊接，检查水箱是否打开，水表有无水量显示，如果没有水通过焊枪，则焊枪已烧坏，须人士来修理。

3.在钨对中的过程中，不打高频。出现这种情况，要及时清理火嘴，用金相砂纸将金属磨出光泽，重新磨钨针。

4.焊缝中产生气孔。产生的原因可能是母材有油、锈等污物；气体保护效果差；气路不干净；枪头漏气。应该清理工件，降低弧压，焊速降低，换用新的气体，更新管路，更换O型圈。

4. There are pores in the weld. The reasons may be that the base metal has oil, rust and other dirt; the gas protection effect is poor; the gas path is not clean; the gun head leaks. The workpiece should be cleaned, the arc voltage should be reduced, the welding speed should be reduced, the new gas should be used, the pipeline should be renewed, and the O-ring should be replaced.
