一、点火器的故障故障现象:按点火按钮,有滋滋声但不能着火
1、 Fault phenomenon of igniter: Press the ignition button, there is a buzzing sound but it cannot ignite
故障原因及排除:
Fault causes and troubleshooting:
1、高压输出端线路断路,大部分为高压线与高压帽连接处尖顶螺栓虽拧紧但未接触,重新压接即可排除故障。
1. The circuit at the high-voltage output end is open, mostly due to the pointed bolts at the connection between the high-voltage wire and the high-voltage cap being tightened but not in contact. The fault can be eliminated by re crimping.
2、高压输出端引弧针与点火器回路短路或距离过近,未拉弧起火。绝缘处理、调准距离或更换白色绝缘套管。
2. Short circuit or too close distance between the high-voltage output end arc striking needle and the igniter circuit, resulting in no arcing and ignition. Insulate, adjust the distance, or replace the white insulation sleeve.
3、高压包接地螺栓处未连接好。重新接好即可。
3. The grounding bolt of the high-voltage package is not connected properly. Just reconnect it.
故障现象:按点火按钮,机器突然停车,驱动器22号报警(使用松下驱动器系统的机器)。
Fault phenomenon: Press the ignition button, the machine suddenly stops, and drive number 22 alarms (machines using Panasonic drive system).
故障原因及排除:

高压引弧线与机器外壳间短路或绝缘强度不够,点火高压将驱动器及系统端口击坏。此现象要避免,调试、维修时要仔细检查。检查线路绝缘电阻,1000V兆欧表大于300MΩ。或介电绝缘强度为5000V历时1分钟不击穿穿。
Short circuit or insufficient insulation strength between the high-voltage arc line and the machine casing, resulting in the ignition of high voltage and damage to the driver and system ports. This phenomenon should be avoided and carefully checked during debugging and maintenance. Check the insulation resistance of the circuit, and the 1000V megohmmeter should be greater than 300M Ω. Or the dielectric insulation strength is 5000V for 1 minute without breakdown.
二、山东数控焊接设备的自动调高器的故障(开通调高器)
2、 The malfunction of the automatic height adjuster of Shandong CNC welding equipment (opening the height adjuster)
故障现象:调高器不能升降
Fault phenomenon: The height adjuster cannot be raised or lowered
故障原因及排除:
Fault causes and troubleshooting:
1、调高器输出功率管已烧坏,割枪只能向下,原因是调高器在限位接反及电机被卡死的时候,长时间打开调高器极易发生。带回调高器更换功率管。
1. The output power tube of the height regulator has been burned out, and the cutting gun can only be turned downwards. The reason is that when the height regulator is reversed in the limit position and the motor is stuck, it is easy to open the height regulator for a long time. Bring back the height adjuster to replace the power tube.
2、传感器与控制器之间的同轴电缆阻抗不匹配,更换同轴电缆。
2. The impedance of the coaxial cable between the sensor and the controller does not match, replace the coaxial cable.
3、振荡器输出电压不准,检查振荡器参考电压OUT、0V(即39KΩ电阻)两端直流电压是否为4.15V左右,否则调节电位器达到此值值。
3. The output voltage of the oscillator is inaccurate. Check whether the DC voltage at both ends of the oscillator reference voltage OUT and 0V (i.e. 39K Ω resistance) is about 4.15V, or adjust the potentiometer to reach this value.
三、斯达特系统常见故障
3、 Common faults of Start system
故障现象:
Fault symptom:
1、输入无反应,按动急停等按钮系统诊断下均无反应。
1. The input is unresponsive, and there is no response when pressing the emergency stop button for system diagnosis.
2、输出无动作,发强电控制信号后,继电器无动作。
2. The output has no action, and after sending a strong current control signal, the relay has no action.
故障原因及排除:

一般为无24V电压。用表测量24V电源有否,如无则稳压电源块(78L24)或滤波电容损坏,更换即可。
Generally, there is no 24V voltage. Use a meter to measure whether the 24V power supply is available. If not, the stabilized power supply block (78L24) or filter capacitor will be damaged and can be replaced.
故障现象:输入有输出不正常。输入可以测到(说明24V右),输出无或部分无。
Fault phenomenon: Abnormal input and output. The input can be measured (indicating 24V right), but the output is either absent or partially absent.
故障原因及排除:
Fault causes and troubleshooting:
1、接线是否有断处,可直接测量中间继电器的控制线圈;
1. Whether there is a break in the wiring, the control coil of the intermediate relay can be directly measured;
2、如果线接触良好,强电部分也没问题,则可能是数控I/O板上2004集成电路有问题。I/O板上有3片2004,更换一下,看是否能排除。
2. If the wire contact is good and the strong current part is not a problem, it may be a problem with the 2004 integrated circuit on the CNC I/O board. There are 3 pieces of 2004 on the I/O board. Replace them to see if they can be ruled out.
