一、检查焊接变位机翻转传动

1、倾斜传动平稳，在负载下不抖动，整机不能翻转。当负载 Q超过25 kg时，应有电源驱动功能。

2、设置限位装置，控制倾角和角度指示标志。

1、旋转驱动电机要实现无级调速，并能实现制动。

1. The rotary drive motor needs to achieve stepless speed regulation and be able to achieve braking.

2、在旋转速度范围内，承受负荷时转速波动不超过百分之5。

三、其他注意事项

1、变位机应设置导电装置，以避免焊接电流穿过轴承、齿轮等传动部位。导电性设备的电阻不能超过1 mΩ，且其容量要满足焊接额定电流的要求。

1. The positioner should be equipped with conductive devices to prevent welding current from passing through transmission parts such as bearings and gears. The resistance of conductive equipment should not exceed 1 m Ω, and its capacity should meet the requirements of welding rated current.

2、变位机的控制部分应设置联动接口，用于自动焊接。

3、工作台的构造应方便工件或夹具的安装，也可以通过与用户协商确定其结构形式。

4、负荷与偏心距和距的数据，应在变频机使用说明书中明确说明。
