电阻焊设备在生产中,低碳钢、中碳钢、高碳钢、低合金钢及其组合一类钢焊接,其标准化的选用可以参照上诉低碳钢的焊接规范,点焊机焊接强度高合金钢时,要增大摩擦力压力和顶部压力,并适当延长摩擦时长。

焊接中碳钢。高碳钢和低合金钢时,为避免焊缝中获得卒火组织,降低焊后回火处理工序,应选择较弱的焊接规范。点焊机焊接管道时,为减少内毛刺,在确保焊接质量的前提下,应想方设法减小摩擦变形量和顶锻变形量。
