1、检查焊接变位机翻转传动

1. Check the turnover transmission of welding positioner

(1)倾斜传动应平稳，在负载下不抖动，整机不会倾覆。当负载Q超过25kg时，应有电源驱动功能。

(2)设置限位装置，控制倾角，并具有角度指示标志。

(1)变位机应设置导电装置，以避免焊接电流穿过轴承、齿轮等传动部位。导电性设备的电阻不能超过1mΩ，且其容量要满足焊接额定电流的要求。
