自动焊接设备的构成部分介绍

自动焊接设备是电子工业中比较常见的一种自动化焊接技术,它具有焊接质量可靠,焊点光亮、饱满、一致性好、操作简单、节约能源、降低工人劳动强度等特点。

1、焊接电源、其输出功率和焊接特性一定要与所采用的焊接工艺方法相匹配,并配有与主控制器相连的接口。

1. The welding power source, its output power, and welding characteristics must be matched with the welding process method used, and equipped with an interface connected to the main controller.

2、对于送丝机及其调速控制系统,送丝机对送丝速度的控制精度要求较高,送丝机控制电路一定要加速度反馈。

2. For the wire feeder and its speed control system, the wire feeder requires high precision in controlling the wire feeding speed, and the wire feeder control circuit must have acceleration feedback.

3、焊头采用其移动机构,由焊头、焊头支撑架、悬挂小车等组成。它基于精细焊头机构,其驱动系统一定要采用带编码器的伺服电机。

4、焊件移动或位移的机构,如焊接滚轮架、头尾架车床、转台、变位机等。精细移动机构一定要由伺服电机驱动。

6、主控制器,也称系统控制器,主要用于各部件的链接控制,焊接程序的控制,焊接主要参数的设置、调整和显示。需要时可扩展故障诊断、人机对话等控制功能。

7、计算机软件。焊接设备常用的计算机软件有:编程软件、功能软件、工艺方法软件、系统等。

8、焊头跟踪或导向机构、弧压自动控制器、焊枪偏航及监控系统。

9、送丝系统、循环水冷却系统、流量输送和回收装置、焊丝架、拖链及电缆软管机构结构设计、三部分电控设计等辅助装置。

10、自动焊接设备又称机械臂,是自动化焊接设备的重要组成部分。其主要工作包括:焊接、切割、热射、搬运等。

焊接操作机依靠着这些组成部分和特殊结构,可以与专用的变位机和滚轮架实现构件的一次装夹,大幅提高生产效率和加工精度。
