自动焊接设备的类型及组成

1、刚性焊接设备

也可称为初级自动化设备,大部分是根据开环控制原理设计的。虽然设备自动完成整个焊接过程,但无法对整个过程中参数的波动进行闭环反馈控制,也无法随机修正可能出现的偏差。

Although the equipment automatically completes the entire welding process, it cannot provide closed-loop feedback control for parameter fluctuations throughout the entire process, nor can it randomly correct possible deviations.

2、自适应控制自动化焊接设备

是一种自动化程度高的焊接设备,装有电子传感电路和传感器,自动引导和跟踪焊缝轨迹,对主要参数实行闭环反馈控制。整个焊接过程将按照预设的程序和工艺参数自动完成。

It is a highly automated welding equipment equipped with electronic sensing circuits and sensors, which automatically guide and track the trajectory of the weld seam, and implement closed-loop feedback control on the main parameters. The entire welding process will be automatically completed according to the preset program and process parameters.

3、智能化自动焊接设备

它采用多种检测元件,如视觉传感器、触摸传感器、听觉传感器和激光扫描仪等,并借助计算机软件系统、数据库和系统进行实时识别、判断、检测、计算、自动编程。焊接参数的存储和自动生成焊接日志文件的功能。

It adopts various detection components, such as visual sensors, touch sensors, auditory sensors, and laser scanners, and utilizes computer software systems, databases, and expert systems for real-time recognition, judgment, detection, calculation, and automatic programming. The function of storing welding parameters and automatically generating welding log files.

自动焊接设备的组成:

Composition of automatic welding equipment:

1、焊接电源、其输出功率、焊接特性需要与建议的工艺方法相匹配,并配有连接到主控制器的接口。

1. The welding power source, its output power, and welding characteristics need to be matched with the recommended process method, and equipped with an interface connected to the main controller.

2、送丝机及其调速控制系统对于送丝机速度控制精度要求较高的送丝机,控制电路需要加速度反馈。

2. The wire feeder and its speed control system require high precision in wire feeder speed control, and the control circuit requires acceleration feedback.

3、焊头。其运动机构由焊头、焊头支撑架、悬挂小车等组成,低于焊头机构,其驱动系统需要采用带编码器的伺服电机。

3. Welding head. Its motion mechanism consists of a welding head, a welding head support frame, a suspension car, etc., which is lower than the welding head mechanism. Its driving system needs to use a servo motor with an encoder.

4、行走机构,如焊辊架、头尾架翻转机、转台、变位机等,活动行走机构需要由伺服电机驱动。

5、主控制器,又称系统控制器,主要用于自动焊接设备各部件的链接控制,焊接程序的控制,焊接和扩展主要参数的设置、调整和显示故障诊断和人机对话等控制功能。

6、计算机软件。设备中常用的软件有编程软件、功能软件、系统和工艺方法软件等。

7、送丝系统、循环水冷却系统、流量回收输送装置、焊丝架、拖链及电缆软管机构结构设计、三部分电控设计等辅助装置。

8、焊头跟踪或导向机构、弧压自动控制器、焊枪偏航及监控系统。

自由焊接设备一般由计算机软件、送丝机及其调速控制系统、焊接电源、辅助设备、焊头跟踪或导向机构等组成。此外,根据用户的需要,设备还会有其他部件,在购买设备时,可以根据实际工作需要选择合适的设备类型使用。
