(1)底座作为设备基础,由型材焊接,去应力退火处理;

(2)外防护为整体防护,开关门为自动控制并具有故障报警功能,预留排烟口与现场除尘系统连接,焊接烟气能够及时出;

(3)驱动端双轴变位机由三爪自定心卡盘、翻转及回转机构组成。伺服电机、涡轮蜗杆减速器驱动,可使卡盘翻转角度及沿轴线回转。焊接工装由三爪自定心卡盘夹紧,配合压紧机构完成工件装夹,已点焊工件,则不需压紧机构,而由卡爪夹紧法兰。卡盘调整角度为0-90°,以适应不同工件焊接角度需求,尤其便于DN400-600的大工件的安装与拆卸。伺服控制工件沿轴线转动速度,使之与系统设置同步,达到焊接要求。

The adjustment angle of the chuck is 0-90 ° to meet the welding angle requirements of different workpieces, especially for the installation and disassembly of large workpieces with DN400-600. Servo control of workpiece rotation speed along the axis to synchronize with system settings and meet welding requirements.
(4)焊枪三轴移动系统,由伺服电机、行星减速机、直线模组构成,同时焊枪能够根据工艺要求,可人工调整焊枪前后和左右的角度。横向模组调整焊枪水平位置,适于不同规格工件需要;纵向模组完成焊接与退回的位置切换;升降模组适于不同规格直径的焊接位置调整。摆动机构适于焊缝宽度大及多层多道焊。
(4) The three-axis moving system of the welding gun is composed of a servo motor, a planetary reducer, and a linear module. At the same time, the welding gun can be manually adjusted for the angle of the welding gun in front, back, and left according to the process requirements. Horizontal module adjusts the horizontal position of the welding gun, suitable for different specifications of workpieces; Switching between welding and returning positions of the longitudinal module; The lifting module is suitable for adjusting the welding position of different specifications and diameters. The swing mechanism is suitable for welding with large weld widths and multiple layers and passes.
(6)控制系统带有焊接参数存储、调用功能(焊接电流、电压、焊接速度),能够记录多条焊接参数,切换工件型号时一键调用参数;
